Things to consider

  • The resolution of your presentation on a projector will be far lower than your computer screen, this may cause realignment of elements in the slide deck. 
  • If you are using a Mac assume that the venue will only provide a VGA connector for the projector and bring an interface cable that will allow you to connect to this.
